I sold a bundle at 23 cents a few weeks back because my spreadsheet was flawed....had to buy back in at 29.5, but bought as high as 41 last week. If you believe that over the mid term SYR are going to move significantly higher, I cannot see a problem in getting in at these levels. You just need the nerve to hang in given the volatility of SYR which is still being manipulated imo.
