I know nickel rice is trading @17900 USD... But with Cobalt price below 35$USD it is not cost effective...
Fippa can be mining gem... but he does not know how investment strategy works....
I worked in mining industry both in the up and down turn and again up.... it is all about cost curve....
we should not be next AGO or SYR.....
