My original statement on 12/12 and repeated verbatim on 17/12 on this thread is/remains: "If SYR can finally get going and into prod within 12-15 months at say 120-200Ktpa... then I doubt we'll see any new G mines open anywhere. Many current producers will fold. This huge and rich deposit will be a game-changer."

So it's Toby who is doing the changing when he writes: "Firstly good to see you (MM) have changed your opinion from ALL to MANY "mines become unviable".

Is signing an 'offtake agreement' sufficient? IMO it's not. Only production will instill confidence in SYR (or any other mine) in current uncertain climate. Meanwhile SYR management have dithered. My hope is CEO who speaks Portuguese can get stuff done in Mozambique. It's been years since DFS was first mooted. I re-entered in hope things will start moving. Have never doubted the power of SYR to be a game-changer in G industry. Let's see them get moving into prod. Fortunately SP above what i paid. Anyone buying?
