Interesting...so DB also are a holding of SYR yes? So the mention in the report is more or less just self serving? I find that most if not all brokers will talk up stocks they follow...it's only natural I guess.
Remember the Rivkin report? Easiest way to make a profit....buy stock...tell people to buy the stock...sell the stock into what you told them to buy.
