Ok lets get this right - Ok a media course comes out saying the company have had an offer, the company goes into Trading Halt pending an announcement about the offer - Why would you go into a halt if there was no offer ?
Wouldn't it be a simple reply - Yes we know a media course as come out and mentioned a takeover , nothing has been put forward to company - end
No a 2 day trading halt, they gave themselves until Mon- Call Lawyer and ASX , yeah to get round this you can say there is no formal offer and come out the Halt - Ok perfect
