Low volume = not many buying and more importantly, not many selling.
Think you will find that those left holding realise the time it takes to get to production and how far down that track SYR already are. Others are still trying to define a resource.
It does not matter how many members of the BOD say 'it will be fast tracked', the truth of the matter is it will all take time.
