    If CSE are considered an institutional holder, as they are clearly not in a position to take up their entitlement, the shortfall bookbuild price of $3.50 could mean an extra $2.75m (minus applicable taxes) in the CSE coffers. Would like to see an announcement from CSE indicating if this is the case.
