Don't hold your breath on vanadium. Very low priority against getting Balama into full production and Vidalia operational.

They'll need steady cashflow to pay for the infrastructure to extract it. Don't expect anything to happen before 2025. It should be a cheap operation though once the capital set-up costs are out of the way. The vanadium is just sitting in the waste dump waiting to be extracted. There are a few options. Depending on water availability and distance from the dump to the plant, they could use hydro on the dump to turn it into a slurry to be pumped to the extraction plant. Also the waste has already been grinded to extract the graphite. It will probably need further grinding to extract the vanadium but I'm not sure. Someone on here might know.
