I wouldn't say sentiment is bullish just yet - I think you have a huge amount of Lithium holders sitting on massive losses who are just hoping it is turning. Rio chatting to Arcadium has just added a spark.
Not much volume to suggest a squeeze here - and I don't really want one tbh. Quiet accumulation back up to the 50'ish POC would suit me. Then lift off.
I do think we are finally beginning to decouple from the Lithium hopium - which is a good thing. Supply/Demand ex China for natural flake Graphite is "a lot" tighter that Lithium and we are the only supplier of AAM into the USA. Cathode has had far too much attention without regard for the Anode IMO.
With European sanctions on China EV's and Geopolitics - onshoring in the USA is becoming ever more important and were in pole position.
