They have to actually rise enough and SYR actually has to achieve the sales, one would have thought with BTR Indonesia starting production we would have seen some breakbulk sales, but nothing so maybe they have gone elsewhere. In the meantime Ballama is 4mill a month and Vidalia is costing how much? MAybe in 12 months we may see enough production with existing MOU's to keep Balama running but in the meantime a capital raise or something will be likely required, especially if the DOE loan for Balama falls through, considering it has been nearly finalised for nearly 3-6 months now. As for C&M we will see at the quarterly how close we are for that which if it occurrs will completely flatten the share price.
