I think my post above saying "The IRA loans need to approved before the election on Nov 2 so it will be interesting if anything happens" is wrong. I just received the latest monthly LPO newsletter and they are still issuing conditional loans. Jigar might have been talking about any approved before Nov 2 have to be honoured by a change in administration.
