I’m not sure the agreement was ever “consumated” - at least not on it’s original terms - as the counterparty side of the deal was that Morgan Hairong were to market Syrahs graphite reciprocally back into China - initially for a period of 3 years @ min 7000 tonnes per year.
Given that MH would have known that China was ramping up huge amounts of its own graphite production - It seems likely they may not have had Syrahs best intentions in mind at the time any arrangement came into existence…
