Old news. When Governments legislate for vehicle fleets to be zero emission by a specified date then subsidies are not needed and a growing number of countries have been doing just that, even while other countries are introducing tax policies to favour zero emission vehicles (different from subsidies). Hence, an increasing number of tier 1 manufacturers are announcing that they will no longer be developing ICE.
