For me the wildcard for this stock is the political situation in Mozambique. Peace talks on hold and it appears violence may be on the rise in some areas of the country. If the two parties can't settle the situation and a full blown civil war breaks out then who knows where the price will go. Even if it doesn't directly affect the mine operations, the stock market doesn't like uncertainty.
Of course this uncertainty (which in part started this current slide in the price) was used brilliantly by the shorters out there. Hopefully the political situation in Mozambique will improve and also the shorters will at some point move onto another stock and let this one find it's new level (hopefully higher!)
As per the quarterly report, the works on the mine are progressing well and hopefully positive updates will come soon. Check out their website for recent photos.
If i had some spare cash i'd buy some more at these levels, might be a good short term play.
