Have heard the same story for years about Musk and Tesla and it hasn't happened. Once he gets his Model 3 issues resolved that will steady the ship. The Chinese are now leading the charge on electric vehicles, not Tesla. AND many European nations have mandated fossil-fuelled vehicle phase outs. That is not going to stop because of Tesla.
