Its funny I posted the above about pending capital raise. People got really angry at me and I got shutdown. People saying we going to get free money to fund the EV revolution and all that. I must say I really thought they will have financing partner as we have with Mitsui. Guess the power of the Telsa name made they can raise capital without partner, but still exchanged equity for funding at discounted SP. Must say I was too bullish with the estimation on CR price. Really wonder at what SP will Talga raise 174 Million? We need to be aware its coming. I recon they will secure permitting first then off take. Then with the SP nice and high. Will raise capital at discounted price.
