correct me if i'm wrong here but this was an investigation by US Department of Commerce and not executive order.
I think the question of whether this is a possible TACO event is vastly reduced particularly as the Anti Dumping investigation was driven via the AAAM coalition, is bi-partisan and not related to Trumps executive order tariff threats
