1) One wave of missiles.
2) No casualties.
3) Was unlike other attacks e.g. Baghdad, no infrastructure targeted, no govt overthrow.
4) What was really hit, some facilities? We don't know.
Although it's uncomfortable, as it did not start a war or enable ISIS to take over Damascus let's give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
