The ONLY solution to all this, IMO, is forcible repatriation of people back to their old tribal boundaries. What the west has done is to try to force multi-tribalism by drawing arbitrary boundaries (notably in Africa too), and it doesn't work. Then redraw the tribal boundaries for the new countries.

But, I'm sure that unstable countries are all part of the Great Game.
