It sure does --------- and it is american guns and bombs who have killed most of them.
You cannot get a more indecisive bunch than US congress. You cannot get a nation with more vested interest and you cannot get a nation that is more corrupt right up to the top -- you can equal it, but you cannot better it.
And you want to justify these people barging in through the doors of other countries?
Come on occam ---------- surely we can do better than that?
If we can't ----------- we really are doomed - as history probably shows.
