    that is pretty much standard fare as far as constitutions go - the Turkish constitution is similar except in parts such as naming the cantons. however its commenting and embracing Chechnya that is interesting along with Armenia (over 1.5 million Christians slaughtered by turkey in 1915). they both have certain guarantees but they are often abused

    they may try to get this up and running but as we have seen from other parts of the world, if someone wants to override the constitution then they will. especially if there are many separate groups with differing ideas and opinions of how it is to work.

    for a constitution to work the country/region need to be of one mind, a single rapport. without this the document is just another piece of paper. I cant see it working personally (if it ever gets a run)
