    Article does not claim to enrich governments, but it is highly biased, with sweeping claims instead of intelligent questions. Dr. P C Roberts is behaving like a politician, trying to implant beliefs and anger rather than open minds. Pity, because he is no fool, and I like to hear alternate views, not be led by avangalists.
