DR KEIRAN WULFF TO JOIN AGRI ENERGY BOARD
PETROLEUM GEOLOGIST WITH 25 YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

The Directors of Agri Energy (Agri or the Company) are pleased to announce that Dr Keiran Wulff is to join the
board of the Company as a Non‐executive Director upon exercise of the Option to acquire Triton Petroleum
Pte Ltd. The addition of a director with such outstanding technical credentials fulfils a major strategic goal of
the Company as it makes its transition into the oil and gas sector.
Mr Wulff is a PhD. qualified petroleum geologist with a 25 year career in the oil and gas industry. He has held
senior positions with companies such as Philips, Petroz, Australian Occidental and Oil Search. During his 17
years at Oil Search he held the roles of Exploration Manager, Group COO and finally Head of the Middle East
business unit.
Mr Wulff is currently Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Aligned Energy, a renewable energy
company that he founded in 2010. The Company's focus is decentralised electricity development in developing
countries utilising Biomass. He does not hold any public company directorships.

The Board further advises that Mr Bevan Tarratt has resigned as a Director of the Company. The Board would
