been reading some of these posts,this stock has been systemically shorted,the methodolgy is overwhelming and only massive buying support would halt this pattern,once stops or margins are hit it accelerates,their is nothing a retail investor can do outside massive buying support to prevent the success of this style of attack.


so what might be the reasonable fear to aid such a slide,i believe a global shift in interest rates combined with subsequent erosion of asset value, reinforced by the current petro crisis.


what reasonable outcome could they hope to acheive,forced sale of long term prime assets,or control of the company at greatly reduced cost to afford a breakup.


i believe the earnings in terms of cashflow offset against interest erosion,combined with 2% assett depreciation even at what might be considered a reasonable p/e (p/e being something i only glance at) but more importantly a decline of roe leaves me with a value model suggesting best price under a favourable growth scenario would be 7-45 under this model,however a decline in earnings combined with a 1-3% decline in asset value would probably see a model that has difficulty in gaining financial leverage.

on that basis,and given the current uncertainty in world markets there is probably no better time to raid, so i believe the sp under this scenario could drop well below$4-00,there will be more to this story regarding bnb,s
true financial position relative to the times we live in ,the
systemic raid is opportunistic however it will be with good rationale that it was undertaken,so if noteholders have the right of conversion to shares that would create significant dilution.

that dilution combined with what i presume to be ubs shorting(they do have in their control suitably sophisticated algo proprietary based trading systems)is a collusive agenda.


please note no domestic trader could initiate an attack of this magnitude.
