“No Dilution at all”
It is simply ridiculous and extremely irresponsible from the company to be saying this.
For the simple reason that even long term posters like you have been grossly misled.
$5million will require a CR, that’s 100% certain. That’s dilution. We could have paid this company in shares or we have to goto investors to raise the capital to pay for it.
