All very silly really. As you have already shown by your cut and paste of the US listing requirements, Syntonic didn't have anywhere near the earnings to list there, not even close. What was it, 'aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million.... and thats just one requirement. Therefore their ability to list was a non starter from the very beginning, and hence, raising capital from investors was irrelevant. The crux of your waffle is once again meaningless.
We could also say then that as a US listing was a non sequitur, the ASX was highly viable. Funny that.
But further to this, you'll recall that when listing here they cancelled their initial $7M original offer and reduced it to the minmal ASX requirement of, what was it, a mere $2,2M. Capital raising wasn't even on their listing agenda. So much for them coming to Australia to raise funds.
A CR came later when a financial opportunity came out of left field, ie, Verizon ect.
Once again you demonstrate 'extreme naivete' about anything to do with SYT. Just goes to show that when someone starts from a faulty premise - crap agenda - and try to argue forward, they end up with the rear end of it. It just flows out.
Now tell us again about their core technology, the CSP, and how it's loaded on every phone.....
