The answer to your new question is Yes.
It was stated in the Q&A.
However there is no direct correlation between installs and revenue so effectively there giving us a growing number that is effectively useless to investors.
What we'd want to be seeing from them is a second number, the number of installs that generated revenue for the month in question. While it wouldn't tell you how much revenue each install was generating it would give us an indication of how much our CSP is being used by the userbase.
ie November 23.40 M installs & 2.3 M were revenue generating, so 10% of the installed userbase generated revenue in the month for Syntonic
That kind of monthly data might get investor attention, anything else is just useless fluff.
