I am committed long term holder of the stock.

I am super excited about the Verizon agreement, the increasing revenue it is generating and the opportunity that it will present from Verizon's ever expanding digital presence.

With that being said, now that the IOS update is complete for Overpass, is time for "a little less conversation and a little more action" by signing additional tier 1 telcos outside of the US.

The time in now.

IMO - if we sign 1 additional tier 1 telco outside of the US it will send the share price back towards 5-6c range.

If we sign 2-3 additional tier 1 telcos outside of the US it will send this stock towards the 5-10c range.

If the revenue increases significantly over the coming quarters in addition to additional tier 1 telcos being signed, the share price will be between 10-20c
