You haven't included the 1bill shares in escrow. The current marketcap at 1.4c is $44mill. It was $80mill when I started watching it. Market has grown a bit tired of waiting for revenues to prove its growth. This will be the driver for marketcap appreciation. The company themselves last year earmarked mid 2018 as the time for substantial revenue growth so we will see.
