Yes I agree the cash incentive for Aktay getting 10 x Dataflex clients by 30 June 18 would be nice to have some elaboration here - I’d say it comes out of Syntonics 50%
Turkish Govt approval by end of April 18 - IMO in the bag
50 x Dataflex by 8 July 2018 - don’t see a downside here. If SYT get it, they get their additional 166 Mil performance share bonus, and if they only get 49, well SYT still gets 49 x $36000 small, or 49 x $576000 large annually or something in between (as the resellers get 50% if it’s Aktay selling - excluding rev guarantees)
Remember that all Dataflex licenses are annually renewing including maintenance
