With regard to Tata and Verizon, we are unable to comment on how our business customers intend to use our platform services; nor are our business customers required to tell Syntonic of their future plans.
As communicated to the market, Syntonic participates in the revenue generated in any Tata services deploying their Sponsored Data Exchange (SDX). The agreement with Tata is limited to Freeway.
Regarding upcoming deployments and the new UI, we will update the market as they are launched.
On DataFlex, it’s cost efficient for Syntonic to leverage existing enterprise sales channels than building our own internal sales team.
As per our ASX announcement, we are confident in meeting the 2018 Objectives outlined.
Regarding Overpass, in its recent Quarterly Report, the Company outlined the benefits of prioritising its resources for its non-consumer Systems business that licenses the Syntonic platform to mobile operators and value-added service (VAS) providers. Accordingly, Syntonic has scaled back its end-user acquisitions costs by 83.3% from the previous quarter.
