I still reckon they're not fussed about the LT quality of their deals, just the grab. They've got enough perf shares to make a mint on any offer if/when it comes. That plus the salary.
Mgmt have given me no reason to think they're moving more towards the interests of investors. Remember the perceived sentiment in the last webinar.
