I haven't checked the financials yet, however, one thing people are forgetting with the acquisition is that Syntonic own shares in JAY - I think @upstreamgold said the value was around $500,000 worth? Whether they have sold them now or not, at the end of the day, that's dollars which is available outside of the CR funds and revenue earned from the previous quarter that no one here has accounted on for the capital portion of the acquisition...
