I was just going back over the fairly recent choilieng data on submitted user reviews for Google store. See table below (the 2nd last row is my own recording of the Google store data)

Sadly its very clear from this table, that someone at Syntonic (or at Google Store most likely on Syntonic's prompting) is diligently removing numerous 1 star ratings.

Now this maybe by "legitimate" means, by that I mean for example that its possible that your allowed to remove those rating reviews of users accounts you've suspended or barred from your app/service.

Just so that no-one is in any doubt as to why I'm saying this, as you all know I very regularly look at

At one point after the 26th October (28th /29th if I recall correctly) , 6 of the 10 visible ratings there were 1 star ones, of the next 7 to be submitted 3 also had just 1 star ratings. That's 9 x 1 star ratings in just 17 reviews

I checked the various Google store site afterwards & the Spanish ( effectively the Mexico data) had a lot of low ratings at that time, looking back at the same thing now, I can see the difference from then to now without having actual records to ref back to.

I find this really disappointing given the fact the company makes so much of the Google store rating figure in regard to how its performing regarding customer service etc on a month to month basis.

I have refrained from passing any comment on the quarterly report but given this manipulation I will be in the next few days.
