I think this is MOMo tweet is bigger than the Sky network use of sponsered data IMO. If you see the size and market cap of MOMO and their supporters and market penetration, the GSMA expectations around mobile finance offerings for member carriers in developing economies and understand the requirements of a payment platform like MOMO for global network access and understand their link with Goldman Sachs and MasterCard then do the maths, well sponsored data might not be as huge.

My understanding is that MOMO is licensed by the Fed to provide service to the 80 million Americans who don’t have access to credit card facilities.

Sponsored data uptake is still good for SYT though!
