Sorry I totally disagree, its the fact the non-executives have no real skin in the game that concerns me & has done for a long time now.

If they had there own hard earned cash invested in the company, there would be far more oversight of the executives as far as I'm concerned. They'd be asking far more searching questions & taking a great interest in the company & how its (not) interacting with its shareholders as it should be.

They'd also be asking questions as to why there are no insto's on the share register.
