Given you are the same people who at various times suggested that you could run the company better, surely you should have been able to secure at least a few hundred million votes against the resolutions, even if you don’t hold any shares yourself due to the strength of your arguments and the shear brilliance of your logic in pointing out the failings of the current management team?

seems like you couldn’t organise a good time in a brothel with a fist full of hundreds or a beer in a brewery but of course you were probably too busy investing your millions in the myriad of successful start ups you invest in and follow and post on here on HC with your band of wealthy followers.

Or perhaps you are just urinating in the wind it would seem given that only 2800 bucks worth of shares voted against the resolutions or will you be mounting a legal challenge under the minority shareholder rules to force a court challenge against the adoption of the resolutions. Surely it must be a fraud seeking to throw you off the scent and deprive you of any value of your shares. Oh, that’s right you don’t hold any.
