They have plenty of brains and are certainly ambitious. However they are venturing into a business that they have not done before. Sure, some could argue that they could have paid for outside advice and maybe they have.
But no matter what the business is, it will always be a learning curve especially at the start.

Let's give them the benefit of doubt and say that they are learning from their mistakes. If we see a repetition of the exact same mistake then maybe we do need to question.

Obviously the smartest IT geeks in the world won't necessarily make a successful business and I'm sure that as the business grows they will employ more and more smart business managers. In the meantime they need to keep a tight budget.

There's been ups and downs, joy and disappointment for me and I'm sure I'm not alone. However, it's not the day to day that keeps me holding. Instead it's the long term prospects that keeps my support strong for SYT.
