I don’t think you understand difference between revenue and cash receipts at all. Not all revenue will translate to cash receipts as there also will be a part of revenue will become cost of sale then what is left become cash receipts. For example if you sale one 1 dollar app on apple store, then revenue will be 1 dollar, but cash receipts will be only 0.7 dollar as 0.3 will be cost of sale. . Also part of cash receipts will be delayed up to 180days as per announcement. It will become trade receivable over the time.
