Personally I'd say No in answering your question.

Tata was meant to be the Global route as they host 24% of worldwide traffic and are strong everywhere other than USA.

However the vision then was to white label our product for the various telco's.

OverPass seems to take us in a completely other direction, creating our own brand effectively.

The key point re-reinforcing this in my mind is the fact they are revenue sharing it with AT&T & Verizon. ( Although it would be sensible to try & get IR to confirm that this is true & was not an error in the Variety article).
