Was the " better than expected revenues" actually said by SYT. My recollection was that shareholders drew that conclusion.
The reduction in the CR, while it is a positive, could have resulted from low expenditure forecasts which is also a good thing.
My guess is that SYT figured that when revenue did come, they would still have cash in bank and the revenue would remain ahead of costs.
