But in fact, us not having those funds yet is arguable 'better' in one aspect, as it showed how confident SYT was in their revenue pipeline at that early stage of their company formation, to be able to make such a bold move. It indicates to me more fiscal strength than weakness. Either that or they have pulled off the biggest listing-con in history.

• proof of concept: the largest telcos in the world would not be signing without their own proof. It is 'proven' to them, albeit theoretically. But the CSP has not been built on mere hope of concept, but on fundamental research of global data patterns and predictions. Their is excellent information on this.

• AT&T's attitude: unsure of your concerns. However, AT is creating a tsunami of change in the telco industry, commencing with their purchase of DirectTV, and now Time Warner. They have done this for one good reason: all media is switching online, including mobile. My 5 year old prefers the ipad than the TV. They are capturing the media horse before it bolts. Online media of every type will cause an explosion in data usage; we already see this. The provision of data needs to adapt to support the change, or it will slow the inevitable evolution of the online change. Sponsored data is simply the solution and Syntonic is the primary provider of the solution.

Great post !!!. I appreciate first MG for raising the queries as a professional investor and then point wise response by SY as an expert who devoted so much time and efforts to have in-depth knowledge about this company and the sector. Such a healthy discussion without talking about SP helps all the HC members (SYT holders and future holders) to do their own research and decide.
Just want to add about missing revenue (CR) - initial CR is needed to build up the team to execute the project for the client. But when the client like Tata teams up with SYT and supports with the bigger resources and assured future revenues, we don't need to worry about revenue. Just patience is enough.
Looking forward to more informative discussions on this forum.
