SP of SYT is currently being capped and manipulated by brokers and institutional investors who want to grab a much bigger pie at low price if there is CR in near future as per standard Listing Rule 7.1A. This is nothing but a provision in AGM Notice but not necessarily required. Finally, SYT may not need it in view of future earning and low operational cost. Once it is sorted out and the lid is off, SP will run one way up for quite a long time with intermediate break and rest. All IMO.
