However disappointing it may be, it is actually very interesting. In Economic theory this would be referred to as a Perfect Capital Market.
Any market in which assets are priced with total efficiency. In a perfect capital market, there are no possibilities for arbitrage.
What we can assume is that the company is priced perfectly @3.1 cents. (no matter what people say on this forum).
