    Nighthawk, the market is dynamic so at any given moment the stock is priced perfectly until someone bids higher or lower and changes the price and at that moment it is again priced perfectly, the market is never wrong so the company is allways worth what the last sale was, I would not say your post was negitive but you do like to throw a stone in the pond to create a few ripples, cheers
