Hi LOTM, amongst your other points I did not comment on your point of female appointments as my view was covered by @syzygy. Merit based works in my books, gender should be an irreverent factor and is a little disappointing that it needs to be discussed at all. Don't be too disheartened if the bait is not taken, people have a tendncy to respond to matters of interest.
@syzygy I agree with appointments made on merit. I'd be happy with Spongebob if he could provide benefits as a board member, I would even approve performance shares!
Looking forward to next week, hopefully there are no delays, if that were the case I would not be bothered. This is huge!
