I'm not doubting the SDK is being used in FIOS.

Data exemption has been possible and widely used for over a decade now.

Your SDK (or parts of it) are clearly being used but to suggest data-exemption is being enabled by SYT's technology is ridiculous if you understand how basic and straight forward the tech behind data exemptions has and continues to be.

It simply is right down. An ISP can recognise where and what type of data you are using (this is why people will often use VPN's). The data that's coming labeled "from Netflix" is excluded from being counted for those with data exempt plans.

Your in the sponsered data buisness not the data exemption buisness. Your deal with Verizon is for use of the SDK not rebranding SYT's exisiting platform.
