Of course everyone has their own different style - me personally, I don't like to contribute to any selling volume in LT holdings.
To me it's risk management, nothing more nothing less. Fact is most of us have no ability to direct the share price, particularly if you are only selling or buying small portions of your holdings. I just think posters were wrong for abusing that poor guy, who says he's fairly new to investing, for his pretty common and frugal strategy of selling some of his shares to reduce his buy in price in what is a highly speculative company. I say well done rubi, your strategy is sound.
