The facts:
We have signed a white label agreement with TATA for the use of our CSP to be used in the roll out of their sponsored data platform.
Syntonic have communicated to the market on numerous occasions that their relationship with TATA is strong and they are in regular contact with them.
A large percentage of data globally utilises TATA's infrastructure.
TATA have existing agreements in place with global telcos.
Global telcos are trapped in a downward spiral of falling ARPU whilst the future requirement for infrastructure capex is increasing.
Global telcos require a solution.
Once the IOS rollout for Overpass is complete late July, Syntonic can either sign deals individually with Telcos globally or sign an agreement with their existing partner (TATA) who already has relationships with telcos globally to roll out a white labelled version of Overpass.
Gary and Rahul's intentions have been very clear to this point. They want to be the architects of change globally; help the telcos reinvent the way that data and content is consumed and regain lost ground against the likes of Facebook, google and Co.
