1. Are initial trials to content providers still continuing or have the initial trials now ceased? Do new content providers (as of today) to Syntonic receive the option for a trial period from now on or are they required to pay for use?

"All large content publishers are offered a 30 -60 day trial period to evaluate the effectiveness of the Freeway platform to enhance acquisition and engagement. We don’t extend this trail period to the smaller publishers and those using the on-line Campaign Manager."

All they said was:

- Large publishers are offered a 30-60 day trial (they have already confirmed these initial trials have been extended)
- Smaller publishers using the campaign manager are not offered a trial

The question was side stepped as it has been for over six months now. Call me a cynic but that's an answer in itself for me.
